Do not use these. Our chihuahua was PTS last week. I spoke to an agent who told me to put a claim in for her cremation. However, when speaking with an agent today she said that that came under the vets euthanasia bill which they are using. Despite being treated for a tracheal collapse the insurers want her previous vets of 4 years ago to assess the claim. We are grieving and now worried that they won’t pay the vets claim and we will have to pay as well as now having to pay for her cremation. Don’t trust these insurers!!
