A 30% increase at renewal. They state my last claim was less than 12 months ago but that's when they paid it- leaving our independent vets out of pocket for over 6 months. The claim was actually in June but they're saying it was October. Poor service, and no negotiating the renewal cost. They don't want to keep customers. Feels like they're looking to increase cost to reduce customer base.
