I've been with admiral for a couple of years and never needed to use the insurance. This year I needed to claim for my cat. It's always worrying making a claim but this was so easy. The customer service lady was lovely and the team went direct to the vets for all of the information. A few days later the claim was settled minus the excess of £100 and they reassured me that her condition would be covered for additional treatment with no further excess. The renewal had gone up however I looked around and found nothing cheaper for the same cover. After this experience I'm not going to look elsewhere next year, they took away all the stress at a worrying time. Thank you.
