I called up to set up a policy for my Border Collie and across Fox Terrier pup. Kelly was amazing throughout, my phone signal was not great and she was very patient with me. She populated both quotes ensuring I got the exact cover I wanted. Both policies are due to start tomorrow. I had a claim paid previously on the old policy I had for my collie with Sainsbury’s. I couldn’t recommend them more. Kelly definitely deserves a raise if she has not had one before. If I could ask for all agents to how Kelly was with me on our call dates 27 July 2026, I would.
