Every single touch point with Admiral Pet Insurance has wasted my time. Friction opening a claim, friction communicating with me, friction communicating with the vets, slow to respond to anything, asked me if they should pay the vet direct but then sent a huge sum of money to the wrong bank account without authorisation, paused my cat's insurance without telling me when I mentioned opening a complaint, delayed care for my pet, made it necessary for me to duplicate and check every step, and finally - they don't seem to care about animals any more than a home contents insurance rep would. I honestly hate them. I wouldn't recommend anyone insure their loved animals with this company.
