Our dog recently had a problem with his back end. Unfortunately, he is terrified of the vets, and so had to be sedated before the vets could examine him and diagnose the problem. He had an infection, which needed antibiotics, but because of the need for sedation the whole episode cost quite a bit! Luckily Agria's customer service team were very helpful and my claim was settled within 10 days or so with no quibbles.
