Everything is easy until it comes to them paying out!

I've unfortunately had 2 claims with my dog. It took an age for them to pay the first, and I had to call several times.

The second, they are still stalling by claiming (despite several letters from vets) that it is a pre-existing condition... which it IS NOT! We did some tests in January, and they are still refusing to pay! They are trying to contact literally anyone who has seen my dog, even though all vets have stated the issues are not connected.

Truly a terrible company! The last thing people need when they are worried about their pet is to be fighting with insurance. They should be ashamed of themselves!
