Terrible experience trying to get a claim pre-authorised.
My vet provided history & Tesco have misinterpreted the information to reject a claim & add exclusions to the policy.
My vets records stated 'Teeth good with minimal gingivitis' and Tesco has declined the claim stating this is evidence of a preexisting condition & added an exclusion on the policy for teeth & gums!
This is an awful insurer.
Use them at your peril!
I have logged an official complaint & will contact the Regulator.
