Fantastic insurenace company until you claim, the process should be quick we tought, our dog began to be ill on the 13th January, our vets started the claim, our dog became worse with variuos illnesss and a few week later after hospital admission, then release to come hom her conditioned worsened, after after a honest discussion with the vet, it was decided that the kindest out come for her would be to let her go in peace, that was the 6th Febuary, our claim is still at assessing state, we have contact them many time for update with very littel responce
