We took out pet insurance with this company last year. Our dog became ill without any pre-existing conditions, we followed the correct procedures, submitted a claim and it was rejected. Since then our dog has died, they ignore emails and have continued to take monthly payments by direct debit.

This is a terrible company to deal with with no compassion. Please do not take out pet insurance with them for your pet.
