My dog needed surgery and because it was down on medical records (which you don't see till the insurance company ask for it) that my dog had had an accident with his knee 18 months earlier they would not pay out. All insurances are a waste of time. Don't buy, put money in jar. Footnote: with car insurance you have to show no claims bonus etc. before they insure. Why don't they do for dogs and cats? Because it's easy money.
