Awful day light robbery! Do not use this company for your pet… once they suck you in with a cheap price they’ve got you and there is nothing you can do but pay what ever they say! They have almost doubled my premium because I claimed this year even though I hadn’t claimed for the previous four years… it still went up each year before that too!! The insurance company for my other dog haven’t done this… and even though I’ll be paying double, the service is also dreadful and they take ages to pay out!! Avoid this company at all costs!! Thieves! I am fairly sure soon I won’t be able to afford it and that is probably the plan…
