We had a reasonable experience up until we had to put our dog to sleep for liver failure, breathing difficulties and total loss of mobility. Then Direct line used an irrelevant condition (seizures) which she had not suffered in years to justify a limit and deny any support. To be clear, no problem with the limit on seizures. It was in the policies. But then to use it to justify a denial of a different issue at THE worst time? Destroyed all trust. Cannot use them again, for the sake of maybe £100... we're fortunate and not desperate for it. Others may not be so lucky. Do yourself and your pet a favour and avoid.
