Been with Animal Friends (AF) for 3 years and have never made a claim with them or a previous insurer for my dogs (who are 10). One had fatty lumps, which dogs get, and one which appeared after I started my insurance with them got big and needed to be removed. AF said it was pre - existing (no it wasn't ) . We take out insurance for peace of mind and AF have taken this away. I cancelled my insurance polices as the trust has gone. Fatty lumps are something a large % of dogs get and there are no issues. How can something be pre-existing if it wasn't there before I took the insurance out. Feel very let down.
