Whilst I understand the percentages taken off claim as per the policy agreement, I did not know that we would be penalised for having to see the vet “out of hours “ so a reduction of an extra £255 on my claim .Make sure your pets are only sick during sociable hours ! Definitely won’t renew the 2 policies I have with them .
