After my dog who is 2 years old fell ill I had to take her to the emergency vet and she was hospitalised for 24 hr on August 21st. I put a claim in for £1700, sending many emails to ask for an update but until now (23rd of October) I haven't received any update. Once someone answered my phone call saying they were gonna work on that in September and from then to now I'm still on standby.
