I have insured dogs and horses with this company for many years. My pony was very poorly and had to be euthanized only Petplan won't pay for euthanasia, also for years they only paid £ 150 to £200 for disposal. Never enough. Then they eventually started paying £ 400 BUT they now wriggle out of paying at all, so basically I had a pony insured with them for 24 years and it cost me £1000 for what they wouldn't pay for. This is not the first time this has happened.
