Took the policy with assurance and incentive of bonus nectar points, failed miserably and when I phoned they denied I was due any. If they can’t be trusted to tell the truth about this then don’t trust them with insuring my dog,

I took out insurance with sainsburys with offer of 9000 points. When I paid three months insurance and still hadn't had my points I got in touch with them via chat, was told several different reasons ,even one saying I hadn't even got insurance!! Now ive been told I dint enter the code!! No code that i seen. Wrote back via email. Still waiting for a reply. How can I trust them when they lie!!!
