We’ve recently used the claims department for our dog, he had his eye took out before the policy was issued and recently got an ulcer in his eye which ended up costing a lot to sort. We thought he wouldn’t be covered but no harm in trying - we rang up and submitted a claim and it was from two different vets so not as straight forward - they had contacted the vets within 24hours for invoices and details and accepted the claim within 10 days - all the invoices were paid fully within 48 hours of having the claims accepted. Really shocked at all the poor reviews but people will only ever tend to leave negative ones - we were blown aww with how good / fast Admiral was. Absolutely fantastic
