Even though our vet has already confirmed this is the first time our dog has ever had a grass seed (or anything similar) in his paw, they are demanding his entire clinical history. Initially just asked vet for everything over the last year. Now want his entire life. Like others we have been waiting weeks. Demanding the entire medical history seems like a delaying tactic and I think they are hoping the vet won't be bothered to give it to them and then they can use it as an excuse not to pay.
