Our second time claiming with them and the process is tedious and arduous, taking forever and getting no updates from them. I’ve had to send several emails and they all go ignored. No updates whatsoever on recent claim despite my communications. Honestly the worst insurer I’ve ever had for my pets. They tried to say the first claim was a pre existing condition even though it was an ear infection. I had to get the vets to write a letter to confirm it was NOT. Then they finally paid out. How petty and useless is this company?? I cannot wait until this year is over to cancel renewal and go to another insurer. Don’t know how they are in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
