I have an older pug and should have read the small print more carefully. Unless he has 2 hugely separate claims each year for the maximum (80% of £1000 per claim) I am actually paying more than I can claim! My dog recently collapsed and was diagnosed with several separate problems but because the diagnosis for these was made at the same time they treat it as one condition so I was only able to claim £800 of a £7500 vet bill. I find their customer service abrasive which adds to the stress of having a sick pet. Quite honestly I don't believe that this insurance is worth having, I won't review and would discourage anyone for taking it. There are far better policies on the market at the same price!
