Dreadful service

I have been with this company for a while and my cat (Maggie) fell poorly withought having any health issues in her whole life and within 3 weeks went downhill. She sadly passed away at the end of the 3 weeks… I had a£1500 vet bill which I can barely afford expecting the money back I got in touch with insurance never had to do this before… they are snappish on the phone and iv been waiting 2 and a half months for pay out or something silly like that wanting different information every week at this sad time it’s the last thing I need!!!
