Slow, rude and refused to pay for something clearly covered in the policy.

We joined admiral's top cover policy. Since joining our dog has had a couple of issues. Admiral are incredibly slow. We are still waiting 5 weeks later for a payment made to the emergency vet. They send the same generic emails and call that an update. The last thing you need when your animal is unwell is rude staff and no idea if you’re going to get your money back!
