I had a renewal n March 2024, as the cost had increased so much I called to query, i was given a discount and advised that i would call back to confirm renewal once i had received the renewal invitation. This is what i did. This renewal my premium has increased by 50% but i noticed that the premium charged was the original and not the reduced price.
I have queried, and as the call cannot be found where i confirmed i wanted to go ahead at the reduced premium they will not refund the difference. Of course people are going to go ahead and pay more than they need to as they have money to burn! Absolutely ridiculous.
