They are terrible, useless and liars as all the insurances are, I guess. They have lied to me from the beginning. I have paid 2 months for nothing more then 100€ ,in the end when I send the claim to them with information the always says they do not cover nothing. So I have to wait for my rabbit to get such so they cover something ?? Crooks.
