My Dalmation broke her spinal cord in a freak accident in the snow in November, finally got paid out end of Feb, they argued it was related to a previous illness, got the wrong dog and breed but argued it anyway, nightmare and looking at previous reviews is repetitive, definitely a case of you get what you pay for.....avoid like the plague!
