My dog needed teeth extractions. Tesco gave the go ahead for my vets to do this. The bill came to £1200. Now Tesco are saying they will not pay. I am waiting to hear the recording of the chat we had on the phone, of them saying yes, but have not received it so I will take this further. I don’t recommend Tesco pet insurance.
