I decided to move my cat Insurance to Tesco's due to the increasing cost with my previous well known Insurance company. I was concerned that a supermarket insurance could result in a lesser standard of service should I need to claim - I need not of worried.
I have had to make many claims for my cat over the past year and every claim submitted has been settled within days.Every enquiry made by telephone has been answered with knowledgeable and friendly staff and even though my £7500 cover was completely paid out, Tesco's also paid a further £200 towards cremation costs.
I highly recommend Tesco's for cost and excellent customer service.
