Terrible

We had our cat's insurance renewal, it had doubled in price. It was £203, this year it increased to over £400. I spent over 40mins waiting for someone to answer the phone, just listening to background music that would be more at home for a funeral company. I phoned the following day and somebody did answer. The answer they gave me was that the increase was due to my cat's age, he's 6. They did not seem bothered that I would cancel the insurance at all. So that is what I've done. Judging by other reviews they don't seem bothered to reply either. Look elsewhere would be my advice.

Couldn't agree more. They were great when underwritten by RSA but the underwriter changed to Pinnacle. I've just had my renewal through and tried to contact them - nightmare. I've been in a queue for over 30 minutes and still waiting. That music is absolutely dire (like something out of a post-apocalyptic video game) and has given me a terrible headache.
