Poor customer service

Is there anyone actually there to answer the phone. My premiums have doubled since last year and I tried to call to cancel. I have been on hold 45 minutes and again 40 minutes, can't keep hanging on for some one to answer. Got much cheaper quote elsewhere for same cover. I have never made a claim.

Couldn't agree more. They were great when underwritten by RSA but the underwriter changed to Pinnacle. I've just had my renewal through and tried to contact them - nightmare. I've been in a queue for over 30 minutes and still waiting. That music is absolutely dire and has given me a terrible headache.

our dog aged 9 no claims been insured with Tesco since 8 weeks. had small claim for £200 last year. new premium over doubled to over £1000! eventually got through to be told with Pinnacle premiums will double for any claim however small and they will not negotiate increasing excess/lowering level of cover after any claim .
