Terrible service, an absolute con. they state without a full medical history with no gaps they will not pay up on a first insurance claim. so why they hell am I paying them???? Paying out what for? They refuse to pay up on a first claim if you have any gaps in veterinary care as their excuse. Who takes their pet to the vet when not ill or not needing vaccines etc??
