I am chasing a claim submitted originally in august. In that time I have been told the policy number is wrong, the policy has been cancelled ( it absolutely had not) , been passed from pillar to post , with no one knowing what is happening. The claim handlers sound bored stupid and like they couldn't care less and this attitude is shown by the complete lack of care by this awful company. so much time wasted chasing, by both owner and veterinary practice trying to get this sorted. Use at your peril.
