My girl died at 2yrs old they refuse to pay out as I didn’t have a receipt of purchase. How can I give myself a receipt! I was devastated that my beautiful youngster was of no value. It was an insult that they sent £100 toward her cremation. I have never been refused the price of death before so was not made aware of that and just put the value at £1000 even though I had charged £1400 for her siblings …..not good enough and very poor Customer service.
