Awful. Started off great 5 years ago, but all of a sudden they have increased my monthly premiums by over double following a small claim. When I queried this they said it's in the small print they can make changes to the policy at will. As I worked in pet insurance for 18 years I had asked many questions before commencing the policy but apparently the information they gave me 5 years ago no longer stands due to them changing their underwriter - it appears they are at liberty to change anything they wish, including the policy information I signed up to! 😔
