I'm stuck with this appalling pet insurance due to my dog having existing conditions that other policies don't take on which is also ridiculous. Every year they put the policy price up. I'm dreading the day I may need an xray or something expensive I cannot afford because also I have to pay upfront and then get my money back which in many cases will be impossible for me to do. I put a claim in in Novemeber 2024 and I still haven't had the money back
