Don't waste your time going to this company for pet insurance all the other reviews which say they look for excuses to not pay out are correct. I have a 7 month old labrador who started to limp we took her to the vet straight away thinking it was just a sprain even the vet thought it was a sprain but tgey suggested xrays and as she was insuranced I agreed. The xrays showed she had bilateral hip dysplasia and that she would need operating on. When we put the claim in cover my refused stating it was within the first two weeks of cover and she will have showed symptoms which we disputed so I went back to the vet and she resent an email stating it was a mistake. Cover my have refused to even reassess this no email, no correspondence at all from them. I have gone to the financial ombudsman to complain. Don't use this company you are wasting your time and they will look for any excuse not to pay out
