Getting ManyPets to respond to a query, is an absolute nightmare. I had the Moneyback option added to my policy and that was like getting blood out of a stone. I was given different amounts each time, had to send a bank statement in to prove I had not received the money due, a real hassle. So, I have voted with my feet and insured my animals with John Lewis.
