Do not use petplan. They do not payout the 97% they claim to cover. Dog was born with skin conditions and petplan won't pay on condition before policy was taken out, but how do you know if a pet has any conditions before its born plus you can't take a policy out before a pet is born to cover this. After oaying £68 a month for 2 years, only to be told my pet is not covered.. petplan is one big con AVOID AT ALL COST
