DONT INSURE YOUR DOG WITH NAPO!!!.We're 2.5k down because of them. Our beautiful rescue cocker Ted had an emergency op for a piece of ball stuck in his gut. 5 weeks later and I've just found out they won't pay because he has an 'agressive' history. He was a police dog in training and had nipped his handler once so they had to let him go. For the record, this boy is a smashing dog. Oh, btw, they also ramped up the premium after the first year, like others have been saying, despite never making a claim. My new mission is to tell everyone everywhere not to use Napo. I love freedom of speech. I hate money grabbing insurance companies. You have been warned!!!
