Many Pets cancelled my service suddenly with no warning (after many years of being with them), admitted it was their fault - an error, aparently. Cancelled in August - we are now in October and after many calls and emails, just received an email it will take up to 8 weeks to resolve. Really? What is my pet gets sick during that time? I asked to speak to manager, was told waiting time is 14 hours - after5 days I am still waiting. Calls and emails get unresponded to. Seems this company is happy to take our money but when there (it is THEIR MISTAKE) is an issue, forget it. I am absolutely livid - 3 months and still wave to wait 8 weeks for what? And noone seems to be able to give any information or details, and noone responds to my emails, either. Apalling services, I will certainly not be using them again.
