Always someone to talk to on the phone if worried about your pet . My vet even commented how good they were as the claim went through immediately I put it through on pet portal . They pay up quickly & are so helpful . Would definitely recommend them as I have 2 cats insured & one has an ongoing skin problem . Always there to help .
