We have a 3 year old miniature Dachshund with no ailments and had been with Tesco since 2022. The renewal can today and we were absolutely disgusted to see the premium had doubled despite no claims (£278 to £544). I proceeded to visit their website and for the same cover the quote was a couple of pounds more than the previous year (£280)! I called customer service and I vented my disgust and the agent provided another price, which was a reduction to the £544 but it had gone up basically because I was renewing, Lost for words to explain how angry we are with how Tesco treat their customers, needless to say I have cancelled the policy!
