Customer service poor. Claims paying slow. Had to dispute/appeal to get things paid. Refused to pay out in one instance saying it was pre existing but it wasn't. Would not reconsider even with further vet information.

Waste of money - would have been better off with no Insurance since I paid most of the costs during cover period.
