am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sainsbury'spet insurance. I submitted a claim for my pet's medical expenses, and not only did they deny the claim without a valid reason, but the entire process was frustratingly slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time for them to even review my claim, leaving me stressed and worried during a time when I needed support the most.

Their lack of communication and transparency throughout the process was unacceptable. Despite providing all the necessary documentation and following up multiple times, I was met with delays and excuses. To top it off, they ultimately refused to cover the expenses, which were clearly outlined in my policy.

I trusted Sainsbury'spet insurance to be there for me and my pet in times of need, but they completely failed to deliver. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable pet insurance. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that actually cares about their customers and their pets.
