Been with SB cover for 3 years with a 3yr Cockerpoo with no medical history beyond a tummy bug from day care. Insurance premium renewal quote increased from £590 to £818 (+ 30%). Comparison website review found the same offer for a new customer at £394. This insurer absolutely fleeces existing customers with no real justification - would avoid!
