TERRIBLE!! I cannot put into words how awful they are, will do anything to get out of paying a claim. Moved from many pets who were amazing as Tesco policy sounded great, silly of me as they were defo too good to be true! Will not pay out for a one off urinary incontinence incident where tests came back normal, due to her having a similar incident over a year beforehand saying they are related. How can they be related when there has been no ongoing treatments or vet visits between these periods? She has no ongoing illness’ touch wood and I believe this has been due to anxiety. Can’t wait to leave these scam artists and move back to many pets. I used to work for Tesco bank so stupidly did not bother to read reviews, please do not make the same mistake I did and read the reviews before you take out a policy with these jokers.
