M&S wanted to impose a 93% increase in my pet insurance premium for my 17 year old cat. There had been no claims against the policy, the cat is regularly checked by the vet and inflation is at 2%. When asked to justify the increase, only general replies were offered and market data sensitivity was offered as excuse for not answering my question.
