I don’t have words. This is one of the worse Pet insurance companies that I know. I have tried to claim for my pet twice now and they have requested because she has a pre-existing condition which my insurance is for and again and again has failed to explain why they have pre-existing if people can’t use it. I have used ManyPets for 1-2 years now and they ha e failed twice to give me my claim which is over £400. I have spoken to so many people and they have said the same. Pleas AVOiD this company as they rip you off.

Our now 5mth old pup was diagnosed with a heart defect at 9wks old was denied care because we were just short of the 14days cool off period saying it was a pre existing condition. How did we or anyone know he had this condition, he had had his first injections the week befor and it wasn't picked up by vets . I have now cancelled both my dogs ins with them . We pay for his medication ourselves to keep him alive for now 😔😔😡😡
