Just had my renewal come through we have been with them for 4 years my dog has had 2 conditions neither are on going they have put each vet visit for these conditions through as a separate claim so it looks like we have claimed 12 times when in fact we have claimed twice. He's 4 years old by the time he is 10 I imagine our premiums will be £1000s per month.
They have now increased our premiums by 105%. They are holding our dog hostage. We can't go elsewhere as he won't be covered for pre existing conditions. I'll be contacting them tomorrow and raising a complaint with the FSO. We took out the best cover for our boy from what we thought was a reputable company. No they just use the love of your pet to hold you hostage and price gouge you. No wonder they are hemeraging customers.

If anyone has been ripped off like this by many pets please email me [email protected] I'm going to contact a lawyer and see if we can get a huge civil suit against them. The more people the better. They shouldn't be able to monopolise our pets health.
